Rama drums as his neighbors eat raw food

Dear One, In this video I am showing you my latest drumming rhythm with my 14 inch African drum (known as a “djembe”). After I had finished filming my drumming session, I noticed that some of my neighbors were eating their sole diet of raw food! As you may know, I am a raw foodist, so I feel quite lucky to have at least three neighbors who are also raw foodists! Did you know my neighbors can communicate mentally? In my video I provide you with a text-version of their mental conversation! Three-quarters of the way through the video, one of my neighbors gets a mental message from his spouse and abruptly leaves in a funny fashion :) ~~~ This video is mostly for entertainment and is a meant to be a reminder to you that if you want to be as beautiful and happy and vibrant as my raw-food eating neighbors, you should consider incorporating more raw fruits and vegetables into your diet! RAW FOODS – “CHOCOLATE MONKEY” SHAKE OR SMOOTHIE (Great for your kids!)

www.GoingOrganic.weebly.com This video shows how to make Chocolate Monkey Smoothies. Your kids will never know that there are vegetables in it! They will just taste the yummy cocoa flavor of cacao powder and the sweet pleasure of blended dates. All the while, it also contains: spinach, banana, brocolli sprouts, mung bean sprouts, and green pea sprouts. Sprouts are packed with more nutrients than the mature plant. Stop worrying about your kids getting enough vegetables. Start feeding them raw food smoothies. They will think that you are giving them a treat! Raw food is a great way to get away from processed foods. It increases the fiber in your diet, which reduces the absorption of sugars into your body through your intestines. It also moderates the level of sugar absorption throughout the day. There are not so many dramatic highs and lows of blood sugar. This is a great way for diabetics to stabalize their blood sugars. I lost 12 pounds just eating raw foods in the first 2 weeks. I also ate some cooked vegetarian meals. I mainly avoided any processed foods. It is time for people to go back to a more natural way of eating. The way people ate before fast food and refined sugars flooded the food supply.

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS OF MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND. Raw food really makes a difference!! We began a journey of health when we decided to have children. The first thing we did was to reduce packaged food from our lives. The motivation behind this was the alien like food ingredients that were showing up on the labels of the packaged foods we were buying. We couldn’t pronounce them and we had no idea what they were or how they came about. After diving into research and finding out what a lot of these ingredients were, we were appalled and refused to feed our soon to arrive child these things. That led us to eating a more whole food diet and I started cooking more so that we could create homemade versions of the packaged foods were had bought in the past (cookies, soups, lasagna, etc.). About a year after our daughter was born we decided to switch a few of our food items to healthier choices. For example we switched from cows milk to goats milk. We were still eating SAD (standard american diet) but something was awakening in us and we were striving for better, healthier choices; and doing lots of research! Our daughter never really liked meat and because of that I was driven to discover what, if anything, she was missing by not eating meat. I discovered that meat is not, as we are led to believe, necessary for optimal health. Which led us to think about if we should be eating it either! Hence more research! We decided to reduce the amount of meat we ate and to have very little
