And lots of the raw food teachers will also tell you that you should eat 100% or as close to 100% as possible, in order to avoid disease. Sorry to say that, but we do not believe that. So many different factors come into game, and also Diet is such an individual thing… It depends on your diet&health history, your emotional and spiritual body, your location, your family situation and 100 more things… So it is not so easy to make statements for everybody. However I tried to talk about some fundamental connecting facts that we all share, we all can apply and we all can (hopefully) agree on.
