Ka, your channel is called ‘raw food family’…NOT 100% raw food family! You don’t need to justify to us what your family does! But i have to say I love that you’re sharing it with us so that no one was misled. I have to say that you are my favorite channel because you have such an amazing energy about you! I just love to listen to you talk and teach us new things!
    Thank you!

Your kids will come home someday and say, “Dad, I saw the strangest man today. He was cooking his food and filming other people with his camera. What a nut job!” Ha Ha!

  5. elfe1982 Says:

Thank you for your honesty! I wonder..are you all staying vegan? Or do you allow animal products. What do you think about fish actually..is it really unhealthy because of the mercury levels?

  6. baum7des7lebens7 Says:

Everytime Ronja appears it warms my heart…I love children…and I hope the way you respect your children’s decisions will inspire other parents. For me it’s easy. My children want to eat anything they see me eating : )

  7. ClefDeDavid88 Says:

Your kids are very fortunate to have such a great father!

  8. lxvlx Says:

Thanks for telling us, Ka! It would have been strange to bump into you guys at a restaurant in Costa chowing down on Rice etc hehehe..

Hey Ka, just wondering who do you consider the ‘leaders’ of this moment?

  9. lxvlx Says:

@bestestmama Well, with all due respect, so very often Ka does talk about most of the fam’s 100% rawness, and this channel is regarding food and health, so it is important to mention things like this.

I see no harm in cooked foods once in while. It is not like you are hitting McDonalds $1 value meu or anything, haha. I grilled some zuchini squash tonight, so funny sein ghtis video at this moment. I may not have another cooked thing for quite some time. Like you said, when you have the cooked food, you realize, eh not really missing anything, yet sometimes we still want it.
    Thanks for your honesty!

  11. Nuwerra Says:

This really shows just how crazy nutz silly we are at heart roflmao. Oh, and at the end it sounds like Deb is saying “Fig Nipple…” roflmao, what she is saying is “Fig Newton.” You might ask why, she was eating a dried fig haha. Freaking hi’larious.

  14. misscpb Says:

@baum7des7lebens7 Ronja is beautiful, I love seeing her and the children also. Lots of Love Misscpb xxx

  15. misscpb Says:

Thank you for this video Ka, your daughter is beautiful. Being pretty new to the Raw Food World I found it hard to understand why Raw Food people put percentages on what they eat and often wondered if this put them under pressure to become and stay 100% raw. I dont see any problems with raw natural foods steamed/lightly cooked such as rice, vegetables etc combined with a mainly raw food vegan diet. Lots of Love Misscpb xxx

  16. rubyspirit2 Says:

Everyone needs to find their own balance. I tried 100% raw and it messed up my bowels. As soon as I added wheat bread, I’m find. So I can’t be 100%, which is OK.

Blessings to you and your family!

  17. rubyspirit2 Says:

    find = fine

  18. RawHealingPatch Says:

thanks for the honesty.. this is why we connect with you… you just let everything out in the open like us and do not tell people lies :)

  19. forestfireflybd Says:

Such beautiful children. Congratulations on #4!

  20. goldenlightlisa Says:

I feel like ‘bestestmama’, you are not the 100% rawfoodfamily :) ). Your son is bringing up an important point and some well needed healing ;) I am very inspired by you and your family!

  21. myraUSA Says:

I don’t think that all cooked food is evil. If your diet is mainly raw fruits and veggies plus some nuts and seeds, a little brown rice and cooked veggies won’t kill you. It’s about permanently eliminating the foods that harm the body such as sugar, processed starches, dairy, and meat.

  22. ramonalisa Says:

i think that you are right. if you refuse the children then they will rebel and do things in such a way that won’t be healthy, emotionally and physically. most of the time children want to experiment and find out new things. as long as you are honest they will learn to be honest too…that is more important to a happy life than getting stuck in one way. you are a good parent.

  23. kaixoananaiz Says:

your honesty is so genuine and pure, thank you for sharing.. you and your family are an inspiration.

  24. 1988sweetypie Says:

Im happy to see this video ;) I would love to start a raw food diet but I dont want to be 100% as I would want some cooked food at times.

  25. ishoa1 Says:

i dont think cooked food matters too much as long as your eating healthy and organic. Our bodies were design to eat meat back in ealier days.. I do love the raw food diet but i dont believe it should be 100% raw food.
